Single player campaign stardate not moving ? Why?
« on: June 12, 2003, 12:35:52 pm »
Can someone please tell me how to get the single player campaign to work? I like playing my campaign when Dyna's are down, and sometimes the single player stardate works, sometimes it doesn't. Why? Is there some trick to this? If so, please fill me in ...

I think this is fixed in the Patch (I know it is BETA, but it has about 100 fixes to make the game better)

It's not fixed. Just tried it -- again -- for the 100th time.

You have to restart your computer to reset the "clock".  And restart the game and "wait". until the timer kicks in.

No!

SURPRISINGLY enough this show stopping bug is NOT fixed in the patch.

Unfortunately this means that the single player conquest modes (which is why I bought the game) are totally unplayable.

This game is very close to getting erased from my HD unless there is some activity path-wise very soon. Waiting half a year to get MAJOR problems fixed. What a joke!

It's a shame because it could have been such a good game and now it's just on big disappointment.
