well peeps i managed to get the sfc3 models to run in sfc2 - the sfc2 engine aint this "nice" like sfc3 but all ships still look much better than the odd worn out default ones.i took over all rom,klink and fed ships and replaced the classes with em - to fly a intrepid instead of a miranda is amazing and even bb battels got a new touch with scmitar,souvereign and negh var.
i m havein much fun with it? anyone intrested in makein it as well or is it just my own pleasure?

i could sent u my shiplist so u ve the path settings since i started to replace sudden ships - the akira is the ncc,defiant de/der etc.
so u d save time with editing it by yourself and d have just to rename and copy the sfc3 models over to sfc2

i think mirak ships will be replaced with cardassian models- - somehow they fit perfectly into the role of mirak

I did TNG mods for EAW and OP in which the Cardassians were in the Mirak slot..

You are correct there, they fit nicely.

Watch the hardpoints though - SFC3 hp's are different than those on EAW/OP. In EAW/OP hp's 1-10 were heavy weapons. In SFC3 1-10 are Primary weapons, although you can reverse them with some degree of success.

i noticed that plasma shots out of funny directions from my side of view....not sure if other see something particular as well but so far all is fine.
or does the sfc3 model usage in sfc2 give me an advantage of arcs or turn?

Wow! These are great retextures! The Romulans could be added to the STOCK SFC3 and DarkMatrix's retextures to represent different squadrons. COOL!

anyone knows another free site to upload pics and stuff ? i begin to hate speedis - its off every few min for me lol

the update for sfc2 is 100+ mb s so far and gives the game a great new touch
