lepton you are partly right.. many of the rules did come from the GW campaign.. but if you look deeper, there are lots of differences.. but beyone that - that is why i said it was supposed to be in beta, etc.. so changes can be made.
the bottom line at this point is that we need 8 5 man teams before we can begin testing..
the "business model" the league is created is actually after darn near every type of league i have been involved with in other types of gaming communities.. you pick a night and thats when all the stuff happens.. this gives each fleet (clan) time to prepare over the entire week.
i know its sorta a radical concept for this community.. but in most gaming communities ive been a part of, its a norm to set a 1 night a week thing.
but hey.. if we dont get 8 teams to start, then, well - it wont get started and such is life.
