i have a Galaxy X for sfc3 and you can not add new weapon to the game not in sfc3 anyway

You CAN modify one of your weapons systems that no other ships use to stand in for the phase disruptor found on the Gal X. I usually use the Type XIII phaser and I think Vestras uses the tachyon cannon or whatever it's called. Best of luck.
