What type of game are you developing? Sorry to hear that you are loosing interestin in SFC. I myself am getting tired of SFC3 only because their are hardly any gamers that play serious game on GSA (I can't play on D3).
Would be nice if some people organized a war on GSA (no Dynaverses) for SFC1. I've been playing that game constantly and love it! I remember a few years ago when SFC1 came out that people where trying to make a website where you could engage in a F & E style game, but their was no Dyaniverse.
Advantages to this was that it would allow for lots of flexibility and conduct and actual war based on SFB timeline (lots could be down with this, maybe even custom sripted missiosns that were written souly for Skimish mode SFC1). Disadvantages, would require some work by a webmaster to coordianate the project.
Peronally though, I don't see it being too difficult, those guys probably just should have sticked with the old SFB War Campaing rules in the Advanced Missions rule book (with their own house rules of course).
