Topic: Klingion and Federation Campaign

I having some problems with the Klingion capaign becasue on the second mission of this campaign I can't seem to destroy the frigate, I've ttied using a tractor beam on the frigate, but that just weakens my shields, could someone help me out please?  I'm also stuck on the Federation campaign where yo ahve to proect the ambassador's ship from the Klingion ships, I was wondering does anyone have help with this mission and does anyone know where you can a stratgey guide or hints for SC III?
