I don't even want to think of how a B52 pilot is going to feel sitting in a wet diaper for 22 hours.
 And a fighter pilot pulling 5 G,s Yuck!! :P :P :P

I would think the old hose and/or bottle system would work just as well and be more comfortable.  And I would think that B-52's have some kind of head facilities in them.  But then that's what I get for thinking...
