HTF did you get it work?!

I tried putting the BLUE PLAUGE down, then clicking on glow, marquee and color. No dice.
Then I tried putting down BLUE PLAUGE, then highlighting it and picking glow, then rinse and repeat for marquee and color.

Hook me up, Im being stoopid obviously. Wait, it must be Methane poisoning left over from GW2
